Privacy Policy
Tiny Favor helps people manage personal and shared tasks, reminders, non-cash points, and rewards. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app and website.
Information we process
We may process account identifiers, email address, sign-in provider, display name, locale, time zone, connections and invitations, tasks and recurring schedules, reminder settings, task status and approval history, reward shelf items, point balances and ledger entries, coupons, notification preferences, device push tokens, support requests, reports, and technical security logs.
If you choose to add proof to a task, we also process the note or photo you select. Tiny Favor does not upload your contacts and does not require precise location, microphone, or camera access.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, sync data across devices, deliver reminders and task updates, operate private invitations and reward redemptions, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and keep the service reliable and secure.
What other people can see
Self tasks, self rewards, and self-point balances are private to you. A connected person can see tasks, approvals, points, rewards, and coupons that directly involve that relationship. Task proof is limited to the people who need it to complete or review that task. Do not include sensitive personal information in task titles, notes, rewards, or photos.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate Tiny Favor, including Supabase for authentication, database, and private file storage; Expo for app builds, updates, and push delivery; Firebase and Apple for platform notifications; Google and Apple for optional sign-in; Resend for account email; Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites for website hosting; and Apple and Google for app distribution. They process information only as needed to provide their services.
Advertising
A released version may display advertising. When advertising is enabled, the app’s store privacy disclosures and any required device consent prompt will identify the advertising provider and the data used. We do not sell private task content or private proof photos to advertisers.
Retention and deletion
We retain account information while your account is active and as needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and disputes. Deleting an account removes the sign-in identity and closes active favors and unused rewards from that user. Limited shared accounting or safety records may remain in anonymized form so another person’s history is not corrupted.
You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Privacy and safety, or follow the steps on our account deletion page.
Your choices
You can decline optional photo and notification permissions, change notification preferences and quiet hours, sign out, block another user, report an issue, or delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information.
Children
Tiny Favor is designed for people age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.
